Present in Mauritius since 1953, the UBP Group is nowadays the market leader for building materials. Under the leadership of Mr Jean-Michel Giraud, the Group has always been a growing concern and today runs eleven production and sales units at strategic points throughout the island, as well as units in Rodrigues, Sri Lanka and in Madagascar

Espace Maison & Jardin
The group has four stores Espace Maison & Jardin at Tamarin, Trianon, Forbach & Flacq.
Gros Cailloux
In 2004, the Group acquired La Compagnie de Gros Cailloux Ltée, situated at Petite Rivière. The company’s main activities are sugarcane growing and a nursery on a total land area of 435 hectares.

Since January 2010, wall and floor tiling adhesive has been on sale at the main Geoffroy, Poudre d’Or and Plaine Magnien units, in Espace Maison & Jardin stores and in ironmongers, for use with all kinds of tiling and concrete accessories.
